Join Omega Dance Company, in collaboration with Sandra Rivera, Zemi Dance Theater, in a Dance Action visioning towards justice, mercy, and a better way forward. No dance experience needed!

We seek to commemorate past immigration injustice in American history, especially internment of Japanese and Japanese-Americans during World War II. This shameful period resonates today as our nation continues to enact immigration injustice. February is the month when President Franklin Roosevelt signed executive order 9066, allowing the internment of American citizens and residents.

Dance Actions was initiated in 2018 in response to families being separated at U.S. borders. We continue these actions in remembrance of these and past injustices. All are welcome.

Optional RSVP to this Facebook event. For further details, email omega@omegadancecompany.org.
