Carla De Sola will be in NYC to teach a sacred dance workshop in celebration of Omega's 40th anniversary! All levels of dancers and movers are welcome; no prior dance experience necessary, just a willingness to explore how movement and the melding of body and spirit can lead to a deeper spiritual experience. 

Suggested donation: $20, cash or check at the door. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Attire: Clothes you can comfortably move in.
Footwear: Bare feet, socks, or soft-soled shoes--whichever you're most comfortable in!
